X-Summit Panel in Toronto

The Business of Music in Games, Film, Ads and TV was discussed by a great group of industry folks including Duncan Smith (Sony Computer Entertainment), Andrea Von Foerster (Firestarter Music), Justin Erdman (Universal Digital) and yours truly. The panel was moderated by the lovely Stacey Horricks.

Lenovo - Band

This spot takes you through a day in the life of being in a rock band in a fast and furious way (kind of reminds me of my last mini-tour with my band Mitten!). We licensed the song "Middle of the Night" by the band Tiger Love.

Folgers Jingle Contest Finale

I got the honor to be one of the judges for the Folgers Jingle Contest finale along with the lovely Kara DioGaurdi. The finale event was held in the Good Morning America studios in Time Square.

We just finished this sexy and cool spot for Olay featuring the song "Thin Lines" by Belaire.

Miller Chill feat. the Dodos

We finished this Miller Chill commercial in the spring this year. Funny story... in the 11th hour before we finished the spot the Dodo's had 2nd thoughts about letting us use their song for the campaign and thought about backing out. Luckily, we were able to convince them to change their mind and let us license their song. After the spot aired the Dodo's received their licensing check and also started to receive a lot of great feedback on different music blogs. In the end they were so happy about being apart of the campaign that they requested Miller swag so that they could wear it while perform.

Here's a few past spots that I was a music supervisor on that I really enjoyed.


JCPenney - Aviator

This JCPenney commercial is one of my favorite spots I've worked on. This was the 2nd time in advertising history that a John Lennon song had been used in an ad (first time was "Instant Karma" for Nike). I did all the final music edits and I think I had chills the entire time while working on it.
